UX / UI DesignerI am currently working with my client on a brand new UX/UI designer role. This is an exciting role, to define, develop and own the UX & UI function in a fast-paced start-up environment.You will be able to own and shape the design of the two existing customer-facing products and build up a strong understanding of the underlying data, customers and value provided by the current platform.Key Skills/Experience:- Excellent attention to detail

- A strong working knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools

- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of UI design techniques

- Experience with HTML, CSS and jQuery would be a bonus

- Experience with mobile apps would be a bonus

- Brand design experience would be beneficial

- Project Management experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts both on paper and using software

applications

- Create user personas, user journeys and site maps

- Ability to use Google Analytics to influence UI changes

- Create wireframes and prototypes using specialist tools such as the Adobe XD, Invisionapp

and Axure

- Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones,

tablets and computers

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong understanding of UI design techniques and tools

- A passion for Interaction Design - Meet with clients to gather information about their requirementsResponsibilities:- Help to create UI design wireframes, mock ups and final designs across all desktop, mobile

and tablet devices

- Work with the clients and development team to deliver attractive user interfaces across a

range of client websites and mobile apps

- Keep up to date with the latest UI design and usability trends and techniques

- Contribute to the agency's UI design style guide

- Work with the Digital Analytics to assess the impact of any UI changes/improvements
