The company specialises in carpentry and joinery with a strong clientele of National House Builders, Housing Associations and Commercial Businesses. They have a can do culture which focusses on the personal development of their people and delivering an excellent service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role, with experience in some form of construction. Project Management qualifications are not essential, but you will be competent in the following duties; Strong excel skills, liaising with contractors including timesheets, coordination and invoicing.

The Role:

*Office & Site based role

*Finalise estimates & tender submissions with management & commercial colleagues

*Prepare interim valuations and agree final accounts, track the certification and payments

*Managing sub-contractor accounts including detailing scope, negotiating prices/rates and producing sub-contract documentation

The Person:

*Experience in a similar role & field

*Keen to self-develop and progress your career

*Hold a full, clean driving license.
