Our client is the UK's leading plastic manufacturers who have grown to become one of the global leaders in their market! Still adding more customers to their portfolio and produce for some of the world's leading household brands, they need a Multiskilled Maintenance engineer who can support the facility including old and new technology! (Including automation and PLC's).

Initially you will join the business on a day shift to undergo on the job training. Once up to speed, you will provide electrical and mechanical maintenance on Injection Moulding machinery and the associated equipment such as robots, automation, stacking, print and finishing equipment. Work will also include PPM and general breakdown maintenance including electronic & hydraulic fault finding, mechanical strip downs, and occasional small-scale electrical installation jobs, safety checks & inspections and general facility maintenance.

The Role

* Multiskilled Maintenance engineer

* Monday - Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm - Rotating)

* Planned preventative maintenance and breakdowns

* New & old machinery (Injection Mould / Robotics / Stacking / Print / Finishing / Automation / PLC's)

* Facility Maintenance

* Hydraulic fault finding, mechanical strip downs, electrical installation jobs, safety checks & inspections.

* Working with 1 other maintenance engineer on shift (Multiskilled)

* Initial on the job training on Day shift
