Mazars UK is looking to strengthen its digital capability in the development of a set of dedicated resource to provide greater focuses on future technology change opportunities and pilot programmes that will look to stimulate innovation and transform elements of our business services internally and externally.

 Fostering and supporting an environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and supporting the commercial activities of the firm, you will identify, lead and manage the technical development of technology development solutions to business challenges and work with teams across the firm to deliver change including in areas such as new digital products and services.

You will ensure that insights and analysis of the environment in which the firm currently operates are brought into consideration and help shape the future change roadmap. You will help lead new thinking and nurture new ideas from concept, through pilot and into delivery.

Typically, you will be developing technology solutions with a view to the future operations of the firm, in areas including automation, app development and data analytics and reporting.  You will be using an incremental approach to delivery based upon a ‘test & learn' approach to retain agility and responsiveness to the development of ideas.

The role will liaise with other technology teams, ranging from the internal business technology team, other key technology resources across the Mazars international group and other individuals within the firm who have valuable knowledge and experience with technology such as in technology consulting.

Key Technical Skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience developing technology solutions using Microsoft development tools in areas such as RPA, automation, AI & data reporting

Agile delivery methods & six sigma requirements knowledge

Azure DevOps knowledge

Understanding of the full power platform suite; experience in setting it up will be valuable

PowerApps development; ideally both Canvas & Model Driven

Power Automate development (Flow)

Power BI development

Power virtual agents development; aspirational not required

Azure services knowledge; notably analysis services, API management services, use of Azure functions, Logic apps, cognitive services & Bot services

Integrating and use of multiple data services using the MS suite; MS Graph, SQL Azure, SQL data warehouse, Cosmos DB

Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends

Experience of building innovation business networks to grow resources and development of ideation

Governance and implementation of the Power Platform tools, with experience translating new solutions into operational delivery
