Service Level Management Specialist (SLM)

Salary £25 - 30k plus good benefits package

As a tier 1 preferred supplier to one of the world's leading consultancies we have be asked to assist with the search and selection of a Service Level Management Specialist, to oversee service level reporting; contractual report delivery; as well as continual audits to ensure data quality and adherence to approved processes. You will be working with one of the organisation's high profile UK accounts. Our client offers excellence in career growth, professional development and a coveted personalised benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

*Ensure that SLAs are defined, agreed, documented, measured, reviewed

*Understand scope of delivered services usually described in contract statements

*Attend Service Reviews with Client, identifies improvement opportunities and manage Service Improvements

*Validate Service Level Accuracy and Achievements presented by the Service Towers

*Monitor and validates Service Level Compliance trends

*Conduct Service Review meetings with Service Towers

*Monitor Service Improvement Actions until closure

Key skills (not all essential):

*Understanding of Service Management Framework

*ITIL v4 Foundation

*Ability of managing virtual teams to deliver highly accurate data sources and reports

*Ability to develop training material, schedule and facilitate training sessions for internal and external resources, mentoring skills.

*Computer systems knowledge, integration, and architecture concepts

*Experience in various reporting techniques supported by understanding of statistics and quality management concepts.

*Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of the global business process

*Ability of managing virtual teams to deliver highly accurate data sources and reports

Role may suit: SLM Consultant, ITSM Consultant, Service Level Management SME, Service Management SME

Candidates must be willing to undergo SC Clearance.
