Continual Service Improvement Manager - circa £35k

We are currently assisting this prestigious IT organisation in the recruitment of a continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager to join the team in Inverness and take responsibility for ensuring the workflow of all improvements is compliant with the CSI Process.
Role overview:
*Actively participating in CSI Strategy build and maintenance
*Initiating any improvement actions required to maintain or improve service levels
*Performing the initial approval, rejection, reassigning or deferring of an Improvement Initiative within the CSI Tracker
*Approving, rejecting, or deferring CSI Charter within the CSI Tracker
*Creating and reviewing progress updates for SIPs within the CSI Tracker
*Approving, rejecting, or deferring CSI Delivery Review and Benefits Review of SIPs within the CSI Tracker
*Ensuring that baseline data is captured against which to measure improvement
*Ensuring that CSI activities are coordinated throughout the service lifecycle
*Coaching, mentoring, and supporting fellow service improvement professionals.
*Ensuring that people who actively participate in delivery of improvement plan get proper recognition
*Providing all necessary data during the lifecycle of the process to support the process (including screenshots from the CSI Tracker and exported reports)
Key skills / Experience:
*Good management and communication skills - hosting and facilitating CSI meetings
*Understanding of cross system interrelations in context of the global business process
*Strong customer communication skills
*ITIL v4 Foundation (desired)
*Meticulous attention to detail
Salary: circa £35k
