As a Solution Support Manager, you will be providing first-line support for an exciting variety of bespoke business applications, spanning many industry sectors, with responsibility for a number of key tasks.

However, this is much more than just an IT helpdesk role - you will be responsible for managing all aspects of their software maintenance relationships and proactively monitoring and identifying necessary upgrades for our running applications.

You will also be called upon to assist our project management, QA and training functions at key stages in the software development lifecycle.

Essential Skills:

- 1 year experience providing technical support to end-users

Desirable:

- Experience with any CRM/helpdesk system

- Familiarity with MS Office

- Familiarity with WordPress CMS

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Solid administrative skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage own schedule according to prevailing priorities and workload

- Ability to understand software from a business and user perspective.
