Production Manager

£38,000 (Pro rata) + Holiday + Pension

Are you an experienced Production Manager with an FMCG background looking for your next immediately available contract role?

Excellent opportunity on offer to join a fast-growing business who have won some prestigious contracts in a varied and challenging role as Production Manager.

This business specialises in the development and production of specialist products sold into retail markets across the UK. They have grown rapidly since their founding and are still thriving through this period of economic uncertainty.

Due to having won a number of prestigious contracts they are now looking for a Production Manager on a 3-month fixed term contract basis to cover Fridays, Saturday & Sunday in a days-based role. This is a fantastic chance to join an ambitious business in a key position.

The role:To manage staff & oversee complete productionDriving performance and accountability in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Management of any issues that may affect plan and KPI achievementGood Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to agreed standards through your teamFriday, Saturday Sunday days 30 hours p/w
