An exciting new opportunity for a Senior Service Technician to join an audio company, based in Cambridge. As the Senior Service Technician, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:Assist with problem solving and fault diagnosis for customers over the phone and via emailFixing and servicing returned productsQuality checkingTo be considered for the Senior Service Technician vacancy, you must have experience in customer service with a good telephone manner, electronics testing, fault finding and electronics assembly.
