Service Design / Transition Consultant (SVT - Front Office)

Salary: £40-55k depending on experience, plus benefits package

As a tier 1 preferred supplier to one of the world's leading consultancies we have be asked to assist with the search and selection of a Service Design and Transition Consultant (Service Validating and Testing, SVT - Front Office). The Service Design team ensure that ongoing support / service management requirements are considered throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be fully flexible and ideally have experience of working in a large outsource service environment.

Key skills required:

*Previous experience of working within a Service Design and / or Transition Management team on high value, business critical projects

*Design of service models that underpin the delivery of IT services in a multi-vendor outsourced environment

*Hands on management of the transition of high availability infrastructure and application service projects.

*Understanding of the key commercial / operational drivers and associated interdependencies that typically underpin outsourced managed I.T. services

*Good understanding of Project and Service Delivery processes

*Good understanding of the management and mitigation of risks when delivering and supporting outsourced I.T. services.
