Cloud - Senior Infrastructure Architect - Remote Options As part of their continued expansion we are on the lookout for a Senior Cloud Architect to join this client's Cloud Architect & Engineering Team.The successful individual will join the Global team currently spread across Europe & North America in the Design, Engineering & Development of Cloud Services for external customers. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for:Design, Engineering & Development of Multi-Cloud Services & Solutions for Customers GloballyDeployment of new Platforms & Services during Initial Product ReleaseDevelopment of Professional Services Catalogs, Managed Services & Support Services Offerings for Cloud ServicesTroubleshooting of complex problems, taking corrective action in a timely manner with the assistance of vendors when requiredCollaborate with our Partners & Vendors in the development & release of new Products & Services This is a Technical Hands-On Architecture & Engineering Role requiring the following Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Experience in a similar role Architecting, Designing & Engineering Cloud Solutions across multiple Platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure)Proven Experience Designing IT Solutions, Infrastructure & ServicesGreat organisational skills with ability to multi-task is essentialIndividuals must also have a proven record of working in a team environment and have demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative manner between groups on an international basis as well as showing strong individual initiative In an ideal world, candidates will be recognised as a subject matter expert in some of the following;VMware/AWS/Azure Cloud Services Automation (Python, PowerShell or similar)DevOps & Infrastructure as Code Tools Networking & FirewallsServer, Active Directory and Domain ServiceLinux Systems (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS or SUSE)Cloud Security FundamentalsBenefits: Remote working25 days annual leaveHealth insurance PensionEmployee recognition programs Income Protection Life Assurance What to do now:To apply for this role, please send an up-to-date CV to [email protected] or call 0191 300 9229 for a confidential chat.
