Job title: IT Helpdesk Technician - 1st/2nd Line Support Location: London Job type: 6 Month Rolling Contract Day rate: £100-£150 Industry: Creative A renown creative company is recruiting candidates to join their IT helpdesk. They are looking for driven individuals to join their rapidly growing London team to help them proactively enhance their clients' technology to deliver a genuine business impact. ResponsibilitiesDealing with phone and email requests by obtaining the relevant customer information, categorising request by seriousness, outlining and communicating customer expectations and solving or escalating requests.Working directly under the Head of Operations and informing them of any escalated ticketsOffering remote training on rudimentary tools and services for our usersManaging all the client on-boarding and off-boarding needs  SkillsExperienced operator of technologies such as of Mac and WindowsA minimum 3 year in a frontline customer support roleExtremely methodical and exceptionally organisedStrong communication skillsFriendly and Courteous - disregards the client's job title and offer unparalleled support to all clientsEngaged - always prepared and offering an objective view to help provide practical contributions and solutions to client interactionsPositive - bring energy to all aspects of the role - conveying this to both clients and co-workers  If this role sound like a good fit for yourself, and you think you would thoroughly enjoy working as a an Infrastructure engineer in a fast paced and lively environment, as part of a highly successful infrastructure team please apply within.
