They currently have an established Salesforce team in house but are looking to expand on this in order to keep up with their current demands and upcoming projects. This End-User have an extensive user base with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Communities being key to their business. They are continually looking at ways in which the platform can be effectively utilised across the business.
