What you will do - Finding creative ways to facilitate the day-to-day process of the software development life cycle and ensure the delivery teams are engaged and running effectively.
- Liaise and drive the team to manage relationships with Product Owners, Tech Leaders, Project Managers and Stakeholders.
- Support the team's personal development through regular one-to-ones.
- Proactively support our department, its culture, its initiatives, goals and direction.
- Establish, refine & challenge different ways of working to fine tune the software development lifecycle. What you will bring - As a Scrum Master you will use your technical background and strong understanding of continuous delivery to support engineering best practices.
- Growing and facilitating highly motivated and capable teams to deliver innovative software products.
- Using light-touch leadership that employs a highly collaborative approach.
- Mentoring skills that demonstrate the agile values and principles in every thought and action.
- Experience of managing teams producing high-throughput low-latency distributed systems with strong technical ownership and good track record of operational excellence.
- Capturing and sharing metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas that could be improved (predictability, quality, etc)
- You will be working with small cross functional teams made of 4-6 developers, technical analyst and Product Manager.
