Cloud Architect - c£90K - Remote/Flexible - Amazon Connect - IT ConsultancyCloud Architect - c£90K - Remote/Flexible - Amazon Connect - IT ConsultancyOur reputable IT Consultancy client are looking for a Cloud Architect with recent work on Amazon Connect to work on helping customers using customer experience solutions. You will work with a range of clients, supporting an adopting their use of public cloud services.With a strategic and innovative mindset, your focus will be on leveraging the Amazon Connect platform and wider Amazon Web Services platform

Role & Responsibilities* Development of cloud adoption business cases, from design and implementation of AWS's Cloud Contact Centre (Amazon Connect) for a global company, to helping drive customer journey improvements through channel shifting or self-service functionally such as chatbots (Amazon Lex). * Contact Centre Migration; from assessment to execution.* Contact Centre Optimisation and Continuous Improvement. Continual assessment of our client's contact centre solutions, scoping and proposing recommendations to optimise their business, improve quality or reduce costs. Building proof of concept or customised demonstrations to showcase how service can be improved. You will then lead agile delivery teams through the process of implementing contact centre optimisations.* Contact Architecture & Engineering. Including the deployment of cloud-based contact centres, data warehouses or real-time streaming services and taking responsibility for all non-functional aspects and delivering the functional requirements.

Skills & Qualifications* Architecting, designing, and delivering whole or part of a significant public cloud project including exploiting technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine leaning, real-time data streaming, database analytics and PaaS & SaaS services.* Expertise in designing customer experience technical solutions such as Multichannel Contact Centers, CRM solutions focused on Customer Experience, Contact Centre Workforce Optimisation/Management. * Can deliver a project using both waterfall and agile methodologies.* Experience in Cloud Architecture and Engineering, that demonstrates knowledge of cloud architecture best practices and Cloud Automation / Orchestration tools - within an enterprise context.* Understand, and ideally demonstrate, cloud networking beyond VPN integration, with experience of cloud connectivity and enterprise connectivity solutions.Benefits Competitive salary 25 days' annual leave Local benefits with over 25 shops, restaurants and bars nearby A healthy work/life balance with flexible working A flexible pension fund A wide range of career and personal developmentThe client is actively looking for these candidates and will be interviewing within 48 hours.
