CAD Design Engineer (Mechanical)

£20,000 - £25,000 + Progression + Training + Pension + Holiday

Are you a CAD engineer with mechanical knowledge who is looking to progress your career with a friendly family run company?

On offer is a varied role that will offer you all the training and progression needed to kickstart your career, whether you are a experienced cad designer or looking to begin a career in design.

This company are well-established in the manufacture of specialist mechanical equipment. Due to continued growth they are looking to expand their team with a keen CAD designer.

In this role you will be working as part of a team to develop CAD designs for a wide range of mechanical equipment. You will be tasked with working alongside both engineering and sales departments to understand the customer's requirements and produce high quality work.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in CAD design and a background in mechanical engineering. A degree in mechanical engineering would be beneficial but is not required.

The Role:

*Monday - Friday

*CAD design of mechanical equipment

*Working with engineering and sales departments

*Understanding customer specifications

The Person:

*CAD experience (ideally solidworks)

*Mechanical knowledge

*A degree in mechanical engineering or similar is highly beneficial but not required

*Lives within commutable distance of Omagh or willing to relocate. Commutable from Londonderry, Newtownstewart, Carrickmore, Enniskillen, Lisknaskea, Armagh, Dungannon, Cookstown, Magherafelt
