Job DescriptionRole - Google Cloud Technical sales Lead / Solutions sales / Pre SalesLocation - Remote - UK

As part of an entrepreneurial team in this fast-growing business, we are looking for dynamic, result oriented and experienced sales specialists to help drive growth and shape the future with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.You are expected to possess a unique combination of business acumen, communication and strong interpersonal skills along with a passion for emerging cloud technologies. You will build long-term relationships with customers, partner with account teams and other internal business groups and with Google partner contacts.Your responsibilities will include owning the region/portfolio's business development, TCV and revenue quota targets for the practice cultivating executive relationships with new customers whilst driving adoption within existing accounts through effective partnering.The ideal candidate will possess both a strategic perspective to drive discussions and engagements with CXOs and BU leaders as well as enough technical depth to be able to interact and understand the language of software developers and IT architects.Some of your tasks may include:* Working with Client and GCP account managers to identify and maintain a sales pipeline of GCP based solutions and services at existing and new customers* Achieve and deliver sales booking and revenue as per quarterly and yearly assigned goals* Bring in consultative sales acumen to open and scale accounts into multimillion-dollar engagements with GCP* Demonstrating pursuit rigor and planning by preparing and publishing appropriate go-to-market plan, prospect communications, campaign plans, proposals, pursuit plans etc. for the protfolio* Building strong relationship with GCP account executives of assigned prospect and existing customers to build compelling win-win propositions with GCP* Reviewing/anchoring clients GCP response to client's RFP, RFI, RFS and other solution documents to ensure development and submission of a proposal aligned to a win strategy for the opportunity* Maintaining salesforce hygiene with respect to practice and attend periodic sales and other performance review meetings* Tracking customer satisfaction with delivery at ongoing relationships, highlighting or escalating customer feedback as required to ensure smooth engagement delivery and complete customer satisfaction* Advising and augmenting GCP Practice leadership in in feedback for market and offering developments* Working closely with delivery teams to successfully implement agreed upon solutions across lifecycle of assessment/planning, migration/implementation and operations Required skills:* Demonstrable track record of technology related sales or business development experience* Expertise in selling cloud and/or technology transformation services* You relish the opportunity to identify target accounts, work the channels, and gain the opportunity to identify where we can add value, all the way through to closing the deal;* Proven track record of successful closing deals in the $1m to $20m range* Proven track record in opening and winning business at new client's accounts and in winning new business from existing accounts* Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills, good listener, ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table and be an advocate of the vision and value proposition.* Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels including at the CxO level* Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business* Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual goals and building strong pipelines* Passionate about contemporary technologies and approaches that are helping companies to transform; Hybrid, Private, Public Cloud adoption, DevOps adoption, modern application design using microservices, containers, datacenter automation tools, IT service management and delivery in the world of cloud* Experience with onsite/offshore model and working in a multi-cultural environment* Results orientated working as part of a high performance team* Prior experience partnering with one of hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)* Vertical/Industry Domain experience and any cloud certifications (GCP, Azure, AWS) are a HUGE plus* Strong knowledge of the IT Outsourcing space and competitive landscape* Experience selling, building, managing, and measuring a virtual/geographically dispersed sales organization* Prior experience in selling GCP, AWS, Azure or IaaS products and services to F1000 clients for a consulting organization
