JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Global Mobility (Equus) ConsultantInside IR35 Location: Sunbury/UK Department/Practice: Computer Consultancy Job Purpose and primary objectives: Providing Global Mobility Consultancy in Equus Technology Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Providing Global Mobility Consultancy in Equus Technology Key Skills/Knowledge: Essential: ? 6-8 Years of Experience in IT Industry ? Good Knowledge of Global Mobility or International Assignment business processes in Equus Application, ? Experienced in designing solutions on Equus platform (leveraging Equus APIs, custom reports, etc), ? Experienced in defining solutions for Global Mobility related requirements, ? Possesses High Level understanding of Digital Security and Data Privacy frameworks, ? Should possess excellent communication & leadership skills to work across Technical and Business community including external Vendors. ? Experienced in evaluating the efforts and cost estimates for Global Mobility related projects, Desirable: ? Preferable to have knowledge of Workday or experience in any other HRIS Application (SAP, Oracle-HCM, Kronos, etc), ? Preferable to have experience of Project Management toolset - JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. Experience required: Essential: ? 6-8 Years of Experience in IT Industry ?
