Due to the COVID-19 climate, this role will be based remotely initially, with a requirement to attend the Exeter office in the future, with a blend of home and office working.

The Role

As a Clinical Researcher, you will be responsible for entering clinical and non-clinical data into our client's clinical content management system with the highest levels of accuracy. Other duties will include: - Quality checking non-clinical data in our client's system - Updating our client's editorial policies and work instructions - Helping to resolve any issues or errors to continuously improve our client's quality standards - Assisting the Customer Services Team with any queries - Working on projects to support new and existing customer requirements Our client is curious and they put health at the heart of all they do, for the wellbeing of their employees, their customers and the health services. About You To join our client as a Clinical Researcher, you'll need: - At minimum, a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline OR previous clinical experience, such as clinical content maintenance - A high level of IT literacy, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel and great typing skills - The ability to accurately enter complex clinical data - Excellent logical, analytical and problem-solving skills - The ability to work well as part of a team Previous experience in customer service, including answering written and verbal queries is desirable, as is experience within a healthcare or software development organisation or the NHS. Knowledge of medical terminology would also be an advantage, as would the ability to effectively explain complex medical issues or write and update work instructions and policies. The interview process, induction and training can be conducted remotely if required. This role is available on both a permanent basis and as a 12-month fixed term contract.
