Excellent role on offer for a Senior Architectural Technician looking to join an innovative and sustainable company who predominantly work within the residential sector.

This company is a multi-disciplinary practice who are known for their unique designs, working within the Modular Industry as well as with a number of top National Home Builders. They have continued to grow throughout the pandemic and have some exciting projects coming up, therefore looking for another member to join their innovative team.

In this position you will have a varied job role, ranging from project management, feasibility studies, planning applications for up to around 400 plots, Building Regulation application, CGIs and House Type Design. The types of construction involved include Traditional, Modular, Timber frame and Steel Frame. Projects will range from single housing schemes to large scale housing developments.

This varied yet interesting role would therefore ideally suit someone with an Architect/Technician/Technologist background/education who is a strong user of Revit.
