Role SummaryThis role is to join the HR and Legal/compliance IT team to support multiple projects in this space supporting business functions through initiatives to driving business requirements to deployment of tools, owning Project management of these and supporting day-to-day issues related to IT applications in this space.

In this role, you will: · Manage small to medium sized IT projects in HR, Legal/Compliance business functions, highlight risks to ensure delivery is on time. · Facilitate discussions from requirements, design, provide clarification, organise testing and validation; owner of functional/technical design. · Support the IT team through exit activities aligned with HR and wider IT within the aligned business function · Support business teams on day to day processes for any IT issues/concerns raised are resolved and root causes analysed.· Engage continuously with business to understand their business goals and motivating factors.· Demonstrate ability to influence business through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.· Understand and follow the proscribed IT governance process and development methodology for product development. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent. Desired Characteristics· Expertise in HR, Legal/Compliance IT systems preferable · A minimum of 5 years of IT professional experience Business Acumen:· Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate requirements to enterprise software features· Strong Project Management skills - Experience leading teams in a formal software development lifecycle environment following a formal project management and governance process.· Skilled in breaking down problems and estimating efforts· Has the ability to propose, analyse impact and recommend appropriate solutions· Ability to take ownership of medium sized or incompletely defined tasks
