PMO - HR Transformation & Data Management vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:5+ years' experience in Project Management, Coordination and Execution in a large international organizationPrevious experience within HR Project Portfolio Managemen, HR Data Governance & Data Management, HR Technology Transformation or HR Strategy Support would be highly beneficialFamiliarity with operating at the interface between business and technologyCapability of breaking down intricate business and technology concepts into manageable work packages in order to establish a clear path and outcomeCompetency in developing pragmatic solutions with the willingness to keep up with innovations, technologies and new topics in generalAwareness of human capital management processes and technology is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsLanguages: English fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:Providing hands on project management support and leadership as well as PMO and governance support within the framework of the overarching People Strategy programGathering key management information and monthly status reports as well as managing quality assuranceCollaborating with diverse project teams to ensure alignment while supporting the overarching communication plan and measuresSupporting whole project lifecycle, from initial scope definition through planning, design, delivery and closureEstablish project governance, progress reporting, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, communications, benefits tracking and controlsDeveloping strategy concepts, presentations and communications appropriate for senior management reviewsCommunicating topic specific research and insights to senior stakeholders and assisting them in making sound strategic decisions by applying consulting practicesDriving knowledge exchange and identification of synergies, dependencies and scope overlaps between different projects and initiativesStart: 05/2021
