2nd Line Support Technician (Fixed Term Contract 6-12 Months)

Essex - Southend-on-Sea

£28,000 - £34,000 + Training + Progression + Autonomy + Flexible Working

Excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line IT support Specialist to join an international industry giant investing heavily into technology in the MedTech field offering progression, training and autonomy.

In this role you will be working as part of a tight knit team providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices and internal software systems for end users. Troubleshooting helpdesk enquiries and basic Networking in an Azure environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SharePoint, Service Now and Microsoft 365 Technologies in an IT Support position for internal users.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business in the Medical Technology Space with a Technical Support position providing responsibility, autonomy, training and with the potential to be taken on for a fulltime position.

The Role:

*6-12 Month FTC

*Basic Networking in Azure environment

*Responsibility, Autonomy and Progression

*Monday -Friday 08.30 - 17:00 (flexible working hours available)

The Person:

*Experienced in IT Support or a Windows based enterprise environment

*Experience in Sharepoint and ServiceNow

*Experience with Office 365 technologies

*Commutable to Essex
