In this role, you will be a hands-on technical leader and motivate your teams to maintain and continue growing the company's number one status in delivering SaaS testing solutions for some of the biggest world-wide enterprise businesses.Your responsibilitiesAct as a hands-on team manager (m/f/x) for two to three agile software engineering teams, and be part of the Software and Product leadership teamWork closely with other department heads and Product management to lead the implementation of a comprehensive and integrated product roadmapEffectively drive an agile software development process across several software engineering teams, defining and estimating requirements, product build and delivery, and launching productsAdvance the design and architecture of the products utilizing the newest SaaS, analytics/AI, and mobile technologies and tools, in order to continually evolve a very successful product lineEncourage a team culture that values the constant strive for quality and innovation, staying up to date on the latest technologies and deciding how these can best be used to serve business needsGrowing the team and being involved in the recruitment process, managing teams that are primarily based in ViennaYour ExperienceA minimum of 3 years experience managing software development teamsDeep understanding and hands-on experience of software development in a product-driven software companyBackground in C#/.NET/Microsoft Technologies is a big plusVery good knowledge of modern architectures, design patterns, development processes and toolsA successful history of achieving milestones, building credibility with senior management and building and motivating teamsThe ability to lead agile software development teams, staying within budget and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and products, in a team-oriented manner that encourages respectExperience in both large, enterprise and small or start-up companies preferredYour Benefits A competitive yearly salary up to EUR 115.000, based on experience and qualificationsWorking with the an exciting state-of-the-art tech company with the newest technologies in DevOps and developmentGreat career path options within the companyVery flexible working, including Home Office and no core hoursBeautiful office in ViennaExcellent employee benefits such paid public transportation, coffee and snacks, regular tech meet-ups and conferences, and more…Does this sound interesting for you?
