Head of Business Development - Retail Systems CRM - Victoria London

Our Client is a young and very dynamic organising that is growing rapidly.

They develop and provide an online retail platform to over 600 clients in the UK.

They are now looking to recruit an exceptional individual with the get and up and go that is required at a senior level and generate new business and develop existing Clients.

Your role will be to lead the sales and revenue team - growing revenue through new business, renewals and upsell to existing accounts.

You will build and execute a strategy to achieve sustained business growth through both direct and channel sales.

Initially you will be required to also be an individual contributor, but the intention is for the role to develop to the point where your time is spent training and mentoring a growing salesforce.

You will have influence over marketing decisions to ensure that appropriate leads are being created to build pipeline and achieve revenue goals.

The following are some of the key aspects for the role:

Work directly and through your sales team

Develop existing Client accounts

Identify and bring new business on-board

Keep accurate record of all leads and sales opportunities

Must have the ability to manage the full sales cycle

Create and thrive in a target driven culture

The salary for this role is in the range £70K - £80K + OTE to £150K plus Equity
