D365 CE Solutions Architect - Home Based - £108kA global Microsoft Gold Partner are looking to grow their UK Dynamics practice by recruiting a Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Solution Architect. The role has been created due to phenomenal sustained growth over the past 24 months, with several new enterprise financial services projects kicking off in the coming months. The role is home based with some on site requirements in the future.As a D365 CE Solution Architect you will be responsible for liaising between clients and delivery teams produce a variety of high quality CRM solutions. You will be working on comprehensive implementations while leading your team through all phases of multiple projects. The right CRM Solution Architect will be able to effectively review company outcomes to further improve business productivity and customer experience. You will use your experience in team management to implement KPIs and testing plans to ensure high project standards. Requirements for this role:CRM- extensive experience using CRM or similar business management software and have an insight of how CRM supports industry standard business practices.Project experience- experience working multiple projects at one time while directing a team. Experience delivering and maintaining projects with global and offshore teams.Consulting - consulting with clients and customers to produce an action plan. Liaising with external clients to facilitate complex projects.Managerial experience - working in a managerial or leadership role to oversee project work with multiple teams at once.Communication- Excellent verbal and written communication is essential for conveying information to stakeholders with varying technical understanding. The right candidate will preferably hold a Masters degree in a relevant field.
