Excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer with Firmware experience to kick on with their career and lead a small team of talented Engineers but also stay hands on themselves!

This new position will allow you to continuously grow and develop both technically and professionally but also allow you to play a key role in this companies ongoing success.

The company themselves are a global multi-billion pound revenue business with an excellent reputation within their specialist markets including Automation, Medical and Renewable Energy & EV.

So you will be responsible for the end to end development of complex embedded software / firmware for a product that has application into a global but highly specialist emerging markets!

This role will involve being 100% hands on whilst leading a small team of likeminded engineers.

The Role:

* End to end development through full product lifecycle

* Tools such as UML (Enterprise Architect), Simulation (MATLAB/ Simulink)

* Real time ARM core and DSP microcontrollers, Sensor, device integration & power electronics

* Scripting (Any language)

* Leading a small but very experienced software team

The Person:

* Windows development of Test tools using C++/C#

* Experience of C, code generators, Static Analysers /MISRA standard

* Looking to Lead a small team
