QA Test Manager London to £80k

QA Test Manager *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a technologist QA Test Manager looking to work on complex and interesting systems whilst progressing your career in a diverse, supportive environment of innovation that empowers individuals to succeed?

You could be joining a technology company that is producing game changing products using AI and parallel processing for data, video, imaging and point cloud compression.

As a QA Test Manager you will establish and verify delivery of quality standards for the company's video compression products; you'll set the quality standards, evaluate and select metrics and approaches to be used in evaluating acceptance and help establish automated test processes.

You'll have oversight and provide leadership and technical direction to the test teams (six direct reports), input into architecture and design of new test frameworks and assess and recommend new tools and technologies to make continual improvements.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures; in time you'll join colleagues in the London office for three days a week with the other two working remotely.

Requirements:

You have experience as a QA Test Manager with leadership responsibilities including team management and stakeholder relationships

You have experience with Video / Data compression software

You have a good knowledge of various types of testing such manual, functional, compatibility, integration, smoke and regression testing

You have a good knowledge of QA automation tools such as Cucumber, Spock, Appium, PyTest

You have a good knowledge of the full software development lifecycle

You have a good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD and test automation in a pipeline

You have experience of working in Agile TDD / BDD environments
