Business Analyst - Payroll, Billing, O2C 2 Year FTC Location: Remote (working from home) - occasional travel to the office maybe requiredWe are looking for an experienced, hands on Business Analyst to lead the identification and specification of business requirements for a specific transformation program and change initiative. You will be responsible for writing high spec business requirements and feature specs and supporting in the rapid implementation of a SaaS product.General Responsibilities:Working with the Business team to map out Business processes that are aligned wherever possible to target technology capabilities, helping them to agree an operational best practice standards and future workflows, including identification of operational efficiencies and standardisationPreparing business requirements, documenting As Is and To Be processes and delivering process flows (Including running workshops, customer journey mapping)Ensure that the Business Requirements are analysed fully, with appropriate engagement from the business teams including the review of current processes and data sourcesProvide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, requirements traceability matrix, prioritisation, use cases, sequence / flow diagrams, future state proposals)Documenting non-functional requirements in order to ensure that these are fulfilled through implementation phasesAct as the central control point for business analysis activities including working with third-party supplier business analysts and technical teams, as appropriateProvide assistance and support for the definition of the operational processes and proceduresAssist the business to produce workarounds where requirements cannot be met fullyAnalyse, implement, document and update processes to ensure company goals and business case objectives are metEnsure full integration of all process and linkage to best practicesLiaise with third party vendors to ensure alignment of 'to be' processes with low complexity, configurable tech solutionsAssist in the development of cost and benefits caseDevelopment and management of business test scripts and test executionTechnical and Professional SkillsExperience is ideally required of:Working knowledge of recruitment sector and especially within 'Payroll and Order To Cash' side of business processesProven training / recognised qualification / experience in Business process modellingWorking with business analysis toolsets and within various project methodologiesChallenging existing mindsets and behaviours to ensure fit for purpose solutions are identified and deliveredAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentLean process techniquesCommunication / presentation of business requirements, process design and improvements upwards at a high level and downwards at a detailed levelManaging stakeholder expectationsReviewing requirements documentation and process designs produced by othersContinuous improvement methodologiesThe following experience would be advantageous:Working with third party partners and/or remote teamsImplementing enterprise-level systems and technologiesTrack record of delivering with an agile frameworkThe following accreditation would be desirable;BCS certificate/diploma or equivalent (eg CBAP)Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
