For one of our government customers we are looking for an SCCM installation engineer.

Omschrijving

* Aantoonbare opleiding met certificatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

* Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in betrokken technologie

* Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.

* Kennis van en kunnen operationaliseren of ondersteunen van in gebruik zijnde werkplek componenten (PC's, mobile devices, maar ook drukkers, scanners, edm.).

* Goede kennis van PC hardware & software componenten

* Goede kennis van de MS Windows besturingssystemen,

* Kennis van minstens een van de andere gebruikte client OS (Mac iOS, ...).

* Kennis van de relevante tablet en mobile devices systemen.

* Goede kennis van de tools voor wijzigingsbeheer en configuratiebeheer.

* Kennis van TCP/IP

Technische context

Omschrijving - ondersteuning bij het beheer van het machinepark via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

* Ervaring met System Center Configuration Manager en Windows

* Kennis van Group Policy Management

* Kennis van Windows 10

* Office-pakketten

* Kennis van pc's (hardware+randapparatuur)

* Installatie van pc's, upgrades en service packs

* Scripting: PowerShell

* kennis van printing en printservers

Taken:

* Applicaties/packages aanmaken software

* Microsoft Updates deployment

* Troubleshooting

* Policybeleid windows 10

* Beheer van laptops/tablets/smartphone

* Scripting

* Aanmaken/beheer drivers en driver packages

* Documentatie opstellen

* 2de lijns helpdesk

* beheer printers/printserver

* Configuratie van printers (Xerox, Canon, Océ, HP, ..)

* Aanmaak printqueues

* Beheer printerdrivers

* bijwerken inventaris
