Network Engineer Delivery Manager - UK Leading BankManchester - Up to £57K One of the UK leading banks is growing across all areas of the business. They require a Network Engineering Delivery Manager to join their Core Network team and play a key role in the Global Technology Infrastructure Services. This team provides various functions such as Operation Support, Service Management, Service Engagement and Transition, Solutions Design and Delivery, Product Management, Product Engineering, Automation and Tools. There will be a responsibility for the overall deployment and network configuration of new network kit to Data Centre locations within the bank.The role will focus on end to end project delivery and will require the ability to understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements, design an appropriate solution and implement the network. Essential skills:Network delivery and coordination managementPractical experience in Cisco Routing and SwitchingFirewalls (Either Fortigate / Juniper / Checkpoint)Project delivery managementNot essential but nice to have:CCNA/CCNPBroad understanding of Network technologies including routing and switching, firewalls and load balancingWorked in IT Infrastructure or Application teams within the Financial Services sector They are offering a salary of up to £57k based on experience with unprecedented training and development opportunities.
