Site Manager (Modular)

Hampshire

Monday - Friday (Days)

6-8 Week Contract (potential for extension)

£200 - £250 an hour (Ltd Co/Umbrella)

Are you an Site Manager with experience in Modular projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the Hampshire area?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer full build for the commercial sector. Due to a securing multiple new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in Modular or Residential Projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Modular Build company.

The Role:

*Site Based role in and around Hampshire

* Modular Site Management: Tool Box Talks, H&S checks, Liaising with the Client, Managing the sub-contractors, issuing and signing off timesheets.

*6-8 Week contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety

* CSCS card (Preferred not Essential)

*Experience in Modular Builds

* Available immediately
