I am currently looking for an eCRM Executive for one of my London based Clients. This role is fully remote for 2 months initially with a chance of extension (outside IR35).

This role will include assisting the existing eCRM team in delivering excellent customer experience to their customers via email alongside maximising opportunities to generate more sales across their E-Commerce websites and stores.Ideal Candidate-Ensuring accurate delivery of all campaign and promotional messagesBuilding strong relationships with other marketing and operational functionsAbility to accurately report on the results of current email campaigns, including key metrics and making recommendations for improvementExpert Stakeholder and Project Management skillsProactive, organised and able to manage several tasks and projects at the same timeIf you feel you could be a good fit for this position and would like to find out more, reach out using 0203 826 6730 or [email protected].
