Programme Manager6 months - Likely to extendEdinburgh - Remote working availableMy Client is looking for a Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing large scale complex global strategic change programmes and business transformations with the business and delivery partners.Key AccountabilitiesImpact on BusinessDevelop long and short term plans for the most significant global transformations in accordance with the Global Change Delivery strategy and lead its implementationInfluence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes. Fosters open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectationsSupport regional leadership in managing and leading change in region / country through deployment of priority programmes and provide inputs in strategic change planningDefine the shape and structure in developing the programme plan (which could be multi-country or cross business); review and refine resource requirements and engage with stakeholders to create buy-in for the planActively manage and co-ordinate the programme road-map, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefitsObtain buy-in from stakeholders for all key programme plans, commitments, changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, scope, risk mitigation and contingency plansExperience:Knowledge of investment administration industry, as well as sectors in which our clients operate (e.g. life companies, sovereign wealth, asset management, pension funds)Financial Services experience, specifically senior change/operational role(s) in Fund Administration or Asset Management is highly desirableSignificant delivery track record with experience of successful portfolio and programme deliveryExperience of team leadership and ability to drive and maintain strategic directionExperience of managing a transformation programme, within a Change Delivery environment Qualifications:A high quality degree level education with first class academic track record - RequiredA professional project/programme management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2) - DesirableFund Administration Experience - DesirableAdditional Knowledge & Skills:Expert in Change Management PrinciplesExpert in Project & Programme MethodologyAbility to operate and influence at senior levelAbility to demonstrate leadership of people and teams on a daily basisExcellent organisational skills, credibility with senior stakeholders & self-starter who can operate on own initiativeIf you feel you would be suitable, please send in your CV
