Company primarily services various types of networks including telecoms, water and power. The ambitions of the business have been continuously achieved through the recruitment of like-minded individuals that add value to their specialised personnel. This has made them highly skilled in working and delivering high quality project delivery, superseding clients expectations time and time again. This role will be within the Telecoms division of the business and will be working on a lucrative contract working on rolling out fibre to the home projects (FTTH).
The ideal candidate will have had exposure in a similar environment, with relevant experience in Telecoms. You will be capable of undertaking a wide range of duties included but not limited to; Building Strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a quality delivery, conduct strategy meetings to identify issues and maximise efficiency, and champion the companies culture and becoming a key leader in the business for years to come. You will prosper in an empowered environment that allows you to take ownership of the operational aspect of the Telecoms division.

The Role:
*Be an in influential leader for all staff within the business, helping drive company culture and success
*Reporting and analysis of KPI's and key data to ensure a high quality project delivery
*Liaise and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
*Be a source of growth and innovation for the business, liaising with the board to implement growth strategies The Person:
*Exposure within a similar environment, ideally Telecoms
*Build strong relationships with external organisations & clients and ensure clients' expectations on survey & programmes are achieved
*Maintain deadlines and deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with the Programme Manager and our client's management team
*Conduct strategy meetings with the Operations and Programme Managers to identify issues and client requirements; facilitate operational discussions; all input on timelines and deliverables
