PROPERTY LEAD / FACILITIES MANAGERSCOTLAND (HEBRIDES)

c.£50,000 - £60,000 + BONUS

PERMANENT ROLE

The Job:

To provide assurance and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to the respective Heads of Site (HoS) on all property matters.

You will identify and lead on the delivery of any continuous improvement activities that challenge the current estate and maintenance delivery model in order to deliver innovation, service improvement and efficiency's.

Developing options, proposals and business cases for re-shaping of site infrastructure and use of facilities

As the Property Lead you will develop and maintain excellent relationship with the external customer community

Act as a conduit between the Head of Site and wider department in accessing appropriate real estate expertise as required to support site operations.

You will also support the Head of Site on all financial management of the allocated site budget

The Fit

You will need to have a background working in a Facilities Management role and also have worked in a more strategic/advisory capacity

Previously managed a budget is also a required skill

Experience of overseeing project/construction activity with a sound understanding of CDM regulations

If you have worked in the defence industry this will be beneficial bus isn't essential, please note within your CV
