Our Swedish based client is currently searching for a Senior TCAD Device Engineer to be responsible for the device simulation and process simulation of SiC power devices for new product design. Electrical characterisation at wafer and packaged level will be required as well as the analysis of device performance and planning device development experiments. Required skills for the Senior TCAD Device Engineer will include:TCAD simulation experience of semiconductor devicesStrong device physics knowledgeExperience in electrical characterisationExcellent communication skillsMaster of Science or PhD in electrical engineering, engineering Physics or similarPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
