Technical Support Engineer London to £35k
Technical Support Engineer / Application Support Consultant (Java .Net) *Remote Interview WfH*. Market leading financial software house providing real-time web connectivity market data and trading services to investment banks and other financial institutions worldwide is a seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer.
As a Technical Support Engineer you'll join the Service Desk responsible for providing 2nd / 3rd line technical support for customers' web based trading systems. Responsibilities will include eliciting diagnostic information from the customer, performing analysis and working with developers to review product code and work with parts of the customers' code to replicate issues that they are experiencing. You'll develop strong working relationships with clients and ensure that their requirements and expectations are managed in a professional manner.
The company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home with a gradual return to the office in the coming months; based in central London with some continued flexibility.
