Electronics Design Engineer (Hardware) Carmarthen £30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Healthcare Cash Plan Excellent opportunity to join a growing international business that can offer fantastic technical progression within an exciting position. On offer is a broad role where you will join a highly skilled cross functional team. This pioneering business specialise in the design and manufacture of high tech equipment sold into markets across the globe. They have gone form strength to strength since there founding and have received a huge wave of interest, meaning they are looking to increase headcount across the business. In this role you will be heavily involved on all aspects of new product development. You will closely with the R&D Manager on the design of specialist hardware, following this onto the prototyping and development stage. There will also be the autonomy for you to suggest and implement improvements on pre-existing products. You will You will be working in a highly skilled, cross functional team and there will be plenty of opportunity to progress and develop in the long term. *Degree or HNC qualified within a relevant field

*Live close to, or happy to relocate to South West Wales
