ICT & Digital Services is looking to appoint a permanent full-time ICT Service Support & Delivery Manager to provide leadership and management to the key areas of ICT Operational Support that includes Applications, Infrastructure and Service Desk functions to enable the delivery of a high quality effective service to end users.
The post holder will work under the Service Manager, ICT Operations, in managing and developing an innovative Operational Support Service that delivers excellent performance and customer focused services across the Council, in keeping with recognised IT Service Management best practice.
The position will be based at Rhondda Fach Sports Centre but ICT is currently working from home the majority of time.
