Backend Software Engineer / Golang Developer (Data Linux) Trailblazing cryptocurrency firm who bridge the gap between the crypto asset and traditional financial markets is seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join them in a high-visibility, high-impact role.

They are seeking a skilled technologist with strong backend software development experience to act as a key technical pivot in supporting the real-time data pipeline, predominantly using Golang to integrate with new data sources.

With a focus on upholding the highest level of data quality, you'll maintain and troubleshoot the data pipeline, detecting issues and making improvements to monitoring systems to automate tests.

Not only will you have the opportunity to take a lead on projects and contribute to technology decisions, but as a senior team member you'll be a key point of contact as a mentor to more junior team members.

*Please note: the company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home for the time being. There is a planned return to the London office when it is safe to do so*.

Requirements:

You have a technical background with strong software engineering experience (any OO language considered; Java, Python, C++)

You have commercial Golang experience

You have good working knowledge of Linux OS, Bash scripting

You're degree educated (Computer Science preferred)

You're a proactive team player who excels when working collaboratively
