The role:

Our Developers are key to the success of the Data Services Team with responsibility for designing, maintaining, and developing the solutions to enable the organisation to manage its data effectively and securely.

Duties include:

Designing efficient ETL processes using the LCC standard approach which meet business need using the associated Microsoft technologies

Using Microsoft technologies develop and implement solutions ensuring business need is met, development is efficient and any requirement for ongoing maintenance is minimal

Overseeing the Azure environment, ensuring that databases and services are running as required and the processes are executing as necessary to ensure datasets remain up to date.

Transforming data from Line of Business systems into the Data Warehouse to enable data to be consumed using Business Intelligence tools.

What we are looking for:

We are interested in hearing from customer-focused individuals, who share our passion for delivering creative solutions. You'll be an excellent communicator, who possess the following technical knowledge and skills:

Data architecture design and development

Experience of working with Rest APIs

Experience of development in Azure platform

Data Warehousing principles

Advanced TSQL skills

Azure Dev Ops and Microsoft Visual Studio for BI projects

Experience of SSIS

 What we can offer

We are looking for 3 individuals and are offering 2 full-time permanent roles and 1 full-time temporary (12 months) role.

We are offering a salary of £28,672 - £32,234, with 27 days annual leave, an excellent pension scheme and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be  given a nominated contractual work base and once current restrictions are lifted you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.  

Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have in place good connectivity and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.
