Now they are looking to bring in an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who is adaptable, keen to progress their career and has a good knowledge of groundworks.

In this role you will be office based near Harrogate and covering the North Yorkshire region on a range of housing developments. You will need to have a good knowledge of groundworks for this role. You will be involved in the entire process from pre-contract to post contract stages. Managing subcontractors, dealing with pre contract enquiries, bill of quantities, liaison with architects, dealing with the tender process through to managing variations, monthly valuations and reports through to ensuring all cost analysis and reports are completed throughout the process. You will have good QS experience with some civils and groundworks background.
