Facilities Manager I am currently working with an exciting Biopharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical CMO and CRO solutions company based in Glasgow who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. As Facilities Manager, you will be working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, and the role will include the planning, coordination and leadership for the completion of day to day reactive, planned and maintenance work and other site projects.You will also be controlling and appointing contractors and outsourced specialists services for the entire site, in addition to overseeing EH&S.Requirements:Proven facilities management / contract / technical management experience, ideally for GMP/pharma/science sector.Good knowledge of computer systems for capturing and managing planned and reactive work.Strong contractor management, commercial and compliance/ site monitoring.Demonstrate understanding of maintenance regimes, record keeping, auditing requirements and any GMP knowledge.Good working knowledge of H&S and environmental responsibilities is requiredDemonstrate and maintain a high level of operational and site knowledge, supporting all departments to optimise manufacturing deliveryMechanical engineer background desirable or another such as electrical engineer qualificationCompetent and experience with, safety equipment, HVAC units; Steam distribution and autoclaves.If this Facilities Manager position in Glasgow looks as though it could be the next step in your career, please get in touch ASAP!
