Export Compliance Administrator - Remote Export Compliance Administrator - Remote The work location is London (remote working).The pay rate on offer is £13 per hour.The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.Key skills and experienceStrong Excel skills - VLOOKUPs, pivot tables essentialAbility to interpret dataNumeracy skillsAdapt to changing prioritiesAdapt to new systems and processesRoot cause analysis and ability to troubleshoot issuesStructured and organisedHigh attention to detailAbility to work across multiple concurrent tasksDeveloping relationships and acting with integrityTeam workingWritten and verbal communicationConflict ResolutionRoot cause analysisStructured and organised Key responsibilities Support the business in the smooth running of international export complianceSupporting the technical & compliance team to ensure compliance requirements are met for each export.Monitor and manage the export compliance mailboxLiaising with relevant stakeholders to co-ordinate accurate and timely exports and trouble-shoot issues.Meet all administrative deadlines to ensure exports are maximised.Working across suppliers & Franchise partners to ensure both routine and ah-hoc compliance activities are completed accurately & on time.Reviewing manual processes to highlight improvements and ensure maximum efficiencies for a right first time approach across supply chain & compliance activities.Maintaining master data documentation and systems accurately across IT, supply chain & compliance.Ensure communication to franchise partners is timely, accurate, considered and issues are escalated where necessary.Communicating product restrictions.
