In this role, you'll be accountable for operational management - including platform health, technical changes, and optimisation - for the ServiceNow platform for Operational Continuity In Resolution.

The ServiceNow platform provides a data repository and user workflows used to maintain compliance with the OCIR regulations. This is a bank wide regulation covering services within San UK Plc, Santander Technology, Santander Operations and includes groups service companies SBGM and SGT to ensure Critical Economic Functions can continue without disruption.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Providing effective platform and application incident management, and release and deployment management.
  • Defining and delivering a platform and application enhancement process.
  • Ensuring the ServiceNow platform supports business processes (including designing and operational production of the system).
  • Managing a small team.
  • Managing the relationship with internal data providers to ensure accurate and timely data feeds are ingested into the ServiceNow platform.

What we're looking for

  • ServiceNow System Admin Certified and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Extensive experience of ServiceNow platform management or platform implementation experience.
  • Extensive experience of ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
  • Experience of working within financial services / banking industry.
  • Previous people management experience of small teams.

What else you need to know

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This role can be based in any national office.
