This employer are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Change & Implementation Analyst to join their dynamic and fast paced Innovation & Development team. You will be accountable for the scoping and definition of user business and system requirements and end to end business processes in several lines of business and ensuring that these are delivered to a high quality to the relevant business teams. You will be supporting various change initiatives - new lanes, new retailers, products or innovations by liaising with the relevant project managers and business teams as required. You will provide leadership in business analysis to ensure the requirements are understood and delivered by all parties to meet the needs to the business. You will lead meetings - communicating status and issues and drive these to resolution. You will be an expert in several business areas including processes and flows to enable creation of business requirements. You will run small change initiatives and take ownership of assigned deliverables and be able to develop and agree test plans and run user acceptance tests.

The ideal candidate will have proven software development life-cycle experience and a proven track record of documenting requirements and/or processes. Have excellent IT skills, data and business model analysis, process design and systems analysis.

You will be confident in dealing with different stakeholders. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills. You will be able to communicate and collaborate with teams in multiple locations when virtual interactions outweigh face to face contact. You will be able to think analytically, be an active listener and strategic thinker, self motivated and able to demonstrate time and organisational management.
