The role is mainly focused around 2nd/3rd Line support on ERP systems, so having strong knowledge is needed.YES skills are essential but my client is looking for more than just skills! They need someone who can fit in with their culture (Friendly, Down to earth, Confident), as you will be running your own team of 5-10 people within the IT service desk.As well as leading your own team you will also be assisting to resolve daily ticket issues with ERP systems so strong knowledge is essential but support is their main priority.So if you enjoy that fast pace life this is 100% the role for you.
