ICT Support Officer24 month fixed term contract
Band 7 (Salary: £29,577 - £33,782 per annum) 37 hours per week. We are looking for an experienced individual with knowledge of ICT security, remote access technologies, networking and supporting desktops. Knowledge of supporting servers, telephony and storage would be an advantage. Your role will involve providing an efficient and effective service to all areas of the Authority. Experience of working with customers at all levels, and solving problems in a timely manner is essential.
