They are seeking a Technical Consultant with experience of supporting software systems and applications to work on their global support operation. This is a high-visibility role where you'll be responsible for identifying technical issues faced by customers, managing support issues efficiently and effectively from commencement to resolution in line with agreed SLAs.
This Technical Support Consultant role would suit a pragmatic communicator with an excellent client-facing character, able to relay complex technical information to a variety of audiences and form robust working relationships at any level of business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual wanting to bring problem-solving and customer-facing skills to an industry-leading organisation. You'll play an integral role in the overall support ecosystem, and applying candidates must be able to read code (strong coding/ scripting skills are highly advantageous).
